Hours of Operation
The Peoria City/County Health Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm except holidays. The Vital Records Program (birth and death certificates) is open from 8:30am – 4:00pm. Some clinics have extended hours. Call individual programs for appointment or times.
